Responsibilities:
• Work with Directors and BU Heads on overall people management in growth environment.
• Attract and hire professionals /system driven Recruitment as per business need.
• Orientation / Induction programme for new entrants.
• Employee records, Welfare activities & its administration.
• Employee Communication and Annual calendar for Engagement activities – Employee Motivation.
• Employee Grievance Handling.
• Initiate and implement HR policies, systems and processes to support business growth.
• Devise and/or implement Performance Management System.
• Time and attendance, Payroll,



Annual Salary Review and Variable pay
- Compensation & Perks Systems.
• Rewards & Recognition Policy & its Execution.
• Identify and implement training & development in line with business and individual needs.
• Government Liasioning and Legal Compliance.
• Facility Management and Administration. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• MBA HR or Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in HR, Admin PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong Communication, Inter-personal Relationships, People Skills, Multi-Lingual (English, Hindi, Marathi...)
