Department: Stores & Material Control Reports To: Plant Head / Operations Head Job Purpose To manage receipt, storage, inventory, issue, and dispatch while ensuring accurate stock records, traceability, and uninterrupted production support.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive raw materials, bought-out components, tooling, and consumables against purchase orders.
• Verify quantities, identification, and documents; coordinate incoming inspection with Quality.
• Prepare GRNs and update ERP/Excel stock records promptly.
• Issue materials against approved requirements and maintain issue records.
• Monitor stock, minimum/reorder levels, and shortages.
• Maintain storage, identification, lot traceability, FIFO, and material preservation.
• Control of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, tooling, and consumables.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and PPC.




• Conduct physical inventory and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Maintain material issue slips, stock reports, and inventory records.
• Control scrap, rejected, excess, and obsolete inventory with authorization.
• Support packing, dispatch documentation, and finished goods handover.
• Maintain secure handling, cleanliness, and 5S. Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Diploma or B.
E. in Mechanical, Production, or relevant engineering discipline.

Experience:
2–5 years in manufacturing stores, inventory management, and material control. Key

Inventory control, ERP/Excel, GRN, FIFO, stock reconciliation, traceability, production coordination.
