Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the organization’s presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with the company’s brand and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social media calendars, monitoring channels, responding to audience queries, and coordinating with internal teams to highlight key services, success stories, and client outcomes. The role involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and supporting online promotions to increase reach and engagement. The Social Media Executive may also collaborate on basic content creation,



visual assets, and campaign ideas to support broader marketing initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong skills in social media management and content creation, including experience with major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns, including scheduling posts, managing engagement, and tracking performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, such as audience targeting, brand positioning, and online reputation management.
