• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• Started career in Software/Application Development.
• Progressed through a Technical Lead/Team Lead role before moving into Project Management.
• Managed 3–4 or more application development projects end-to-end.
• PMP certification – Mandatory.
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and application development lifecycle.
