• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hospitality, housekeeping, facility management or service quality assurance.
• Graduate; Hotel Management qualification preferred. Luxury/premium hotel housekeeping background is a strong advantage.
• At least one year with an integrated facility management company is an added advantage.
• Presentable, impeccably groomed, articulate and fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & AI tools; capable of producing polished executive MIS.
• Observant, organised, proactive and comfortable with regular site visits and occasional event-hour flexibility. ROLE PURPOSE Support the AGM
- Facilities in maintaining consistent quality, hospitality and facility management standards across residential developments, sales offices, corporate and site offices. The role combines independent inspections, audit follow-up, multi-site operational assistance, event support and corporate MIS reporting for senior leadership reviews.

Key Responsibilities
• Quality Assurance and Audits
• Conduct scheduled and surprise site inspections covering housekeeping, hygiene, ambience, presentation and operational readiness.
• Audit adherence to SOPs, service standards,



vendor SLAs and applicable compliance requirements.
• Document observations with photographs, responsible owners and deadlines; verify corrective action closure.
• Identify recurring deficiencies and recommend practical improvements to service quality.
• Multi-Site Operations & Hospitality Support
• Support Facility Managers at residential properties, sales, corporate and project site offices without replacing site-level accountability.
• Assist with VIP visits, leadership walkthroughs, site readiness, guest services and escalations.
• Review front-office, pantry, housekeeping, grooming and guest-experience standards; help standardise best practices.
• Corporate MIS & Leadership Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly consolidated MIS for facility management, hospitality management and events management.
• Maintain dashboards for audits, snags, vendor performance, service quality, action closure and operational KPIs.
• Analyse trends and prepare concise Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
• Accompany the HOD to senior leadership and CEO reviews, providing data, presentations, minutes and action tracking.
• Events & Special Assignments
• Coordinate and support on-ground execution, post-event restoration and other operational assignments as directed. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Timely completion of audits and inspection reports
• Closure and verification of corrective actions
• Consistency of housekeeping, hospitality and site presentation standards
• Accuracy and punctuality of corporate MIS and leadership presentations
