CogniAble is seeking an Accountant to support accurate day-to-day financial operations. You’ll maintain records, process transactions, and help the team stay organized with transparent, timely reporting.
• Record and categorize financial transactions in Tally, ensuring entries are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting records, keeping files orderly and up to date.
• Reconcile bank statements and account balances, investigate discrepancies, and flag items that need follow-up.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets for expense tracking, transaction summaries, and routine financial reports.
• Assist with processing vendor bills and payment records, checking details and coordinating to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial statements and schedules by compiling figures and verifying source records.




• Communicate clearly in spoken English with colleagues about accounting entries, payment status, and information needed to complete records.
