• 9-15 years of software development experience, with strong experience building integration logic inside product applications
• Proven experience designing backend workflows that interact with external systems and handle complex state and error scenarios
• Extensive hands-on development experience in .
NET (C#) with ASP.
NET MVC applications
• Strong database expertise in SQL Server, including writing complex queries and ensuring consistency in transactional workflows
• Strong hands-on expertise in React (hooks, state management, TypeScript) for building integration management and monitoring UIs, working alongside a .
NET back end
• Experience with queue-based and event-driven designs (e.g., Azure Service Bus, SQS, Kafka), including idempotency, retry/back-off and dead-letter handling
• Strong understanding of application-layer data validation, transformation, and mapping
• Ability to design systems that are reliable, fault-tolerantc, and easy to support in production.
• Comfort working with evolving external requirements and translating them into stable internal logic.
• Solid debugging skills across multi-step workflows and distributed interactions




• Clear communication skills for working with cross-functional teams on integration features and production issues What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and maintain reusable integration modules and frameworks for reliable communication with third-party systems.
• Develop business logic for data exchange, two-way synchronization, validation, and reconciliation, translating external specifications into maintainable application logic.
• Own third-party integrations end to end, onboarding partners and managing scheduled inbound feeds (CSV/XML over SFTP) and real-time outbound API/webhook calls.
• Implement robust workflows for request/response handling, state tracking, retries with back-off, failure recovery, and dead-letter handling.
• Apply proven integration patterns, including idempotent processing, outbox/queue-based decoupling, and reconciliation, to handle partial failures, duplicate messages, out-of-order data, and timeouts.
• Build React-based integration UIs, reusable shared components, configuration screens, and error-handling and reprocessing workflows.
• Ensure integrations are resilient, auditable, and aligned with real-world operational scenarios; support and troubleshoot integrations in production.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, mentor junior developers, and promote clean coding practices for complex, logic-heavy modules. Nice to have Experience integrating SaaS platforms with third-party business systems Exposure to healthcare or other regulated industry environments
