Job Summary: Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, and employee incentives with the accounts team.
• Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
• Monitor employee performance, appraisals, and probation evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.
• Maintain employee records, HR reports, and personnel files.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support employee retention.
• Handle employee exit formalities and full and final settlements.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications &
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
