Role Description The PLC Programmer will work on-site in Sriperumbudur in a full-time capacity, supporting the automation needs of the manufacturing facility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, programming, and modifying PLC logic for production lines and equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving control system issues to minimize downtime. The role involves collaborating with maintenance, production, and quality teams to optimize machine performance, improve safety, and implement process improvements. The PLC Programmer will maintain documentation for control systems,



participate in commissioning of recent equipment, and ensure compliance with plant standards and safety procedures. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, configuration, and troubleshooting for industrial automation systems.
• Experience with control panels, sensors, actuators, and other industrial control hardware in a manufacturing workplace.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols and integration with SCADA or HMI systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Prior experience in steel manufacturing, metal forming, or heavy industrial plants is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and equipment reliability.
• Ability to work on-site in Sriperumbudur, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and support shift or weekend work when required.
