Com / BBA / MBA Shift: Adaptable to work in any shift Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Financial Spreading to manage financial statement analysis and spreading operations, ensure data accuracy, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team involved in Financial Spreading and financial statement analysis.
• Review and validate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate spreading of financial data into standardized formats.
• Monitor team performance against quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Handle process-related escalations and provide guidance to team members.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with client requirements.




• Prepare performance reports and support daily operational activities. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Financial Spreading or financial statement analysis.
• At least 1 year of team-handling experience is mandatory and must be clearly mentioned in the resume.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial ratios.
• Experience in quality checking, team performance monitoring, and process management.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in any shift. Important Hiring Criteria
• Candidates currently working with Wells Fargo are not eligible.
• Team-handling experience of at least 1 year is mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from Bellandur, Bangalore, and in flexible shifts.
