About the role
Company is seeking Structural Design Engineers from various experience levels to join our remote working engineering team in our India Office. As part of design team, you will contribute to the design and development of maritime infrastructure, working closely with coastal and geotechnical specialists within multidisciplinary project teams working on port, harbour, and coastal infrastructure projects across international markets. The role provides exposure to projects throughout the full engineering lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility studies and concept development through detailed design, tender documentation, and construction support.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the structural design and analysis of marine and coastal infrastructure, including jetties, quay walls, mooring and berthing dolphins, piled structures, and similar waterfront facilities. Develop engineering calculations, basis of design documents, technical notes, and design reports in accordance with international standards, project specifications, and best engineering practices. Prepare structural layouts, typical cross-sections, and technical documentation supporting concept, preliminary, and detailed design phases. Support the development of technical specifications, tender documentation, and design deliverables for port, harbour,



and coastal infrastructure projects. Collaborate with coastal, geotechnical, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver coordinated and technically sound design solutions. Participate in design reviews, technical coordination meetings, and client discussions throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure engineering deliverables comply with relevant international standards, authority requirements, and project quality procedures. Provide engineering support during construction, including responses to clarifications, review of contractor submissions, and participation in site visits when required. Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis and design of civil structures
· Proficiency in engineering analysis and design tools such as SAP2000, APILE, LPILE, DEEPEX, ACAD or similar.
· Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
· Ability to participate in site visits and occasional travel, depending on project requirements. Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of marine, port, and coastal engineering principles, practices, processes.
· Experience in relevant marine, port, and coastal engineering codes, standards, regulations, compliance practices.
· Seismic design experience and background.
