Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Patna. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing event footage, promotional videos, and social media content that aligns with the company’s brand and event objectives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, applying transitions and effects, and ensuring sound and visuals are synchronized. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and event teams to understand project requirements, incorporating feedback,



and delivering high-quality videos within agreed timelines. The Video Editor may support on-location shoots, assist in content planning for digital channels, and maintain organized media assets for ongoing and future projects. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling diverse event and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring consistent visual style and quality across projects.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand visibility.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Good understanding of sound editing, pacing, and visual storytelling tailored to event and marketing content.
• Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work under deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
