About Us
Paalaar Urban Farms Pvt. Ltd. is a Chennai-based company specialising in managed farmlands, farmhouse developments and alternative lifestyle solutions. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused CRM Executive to strengthen our customer relationships and ensure a seamless experience for our existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Lead Management: Manage customer enquiries, maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate follow-ups with the marketing and sales teams.
* Customer Coordination: Act as a single point of contact for customers regarding documentation, payments, registrations and project-related updates.
* After-Sales Support: Address customer queries, coordinate with internal departments and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
* CRM Administration: Maintain updated customer databases, track interactions and prepare periodic management reports.
* Customer Engagement: Coordinate customer visits, meetings,



events and regular communications to strengthen long-term relationships. Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management or customer service.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Tamil, written and spoken.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-friendly approach.
* Good organisational abilities, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and CRM software.
* Ability to independently manage customer interactions and coordinate with multiple departments.
* Previous experience in real estate, property development or related industries will be an added advantage.
