Requirements:
• Robust experience in General Trade (GT) & Modern Trade (MT) and distributor management.
• Ability to achieve primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets.
• Experience in territory expansion, beat planning, and market coverage.
• Ability to manage and guide Sales Officers and Sales Representatives.
• Good knowledge of distributor networks, retailer management, and collections.
• Food/FMCG experience preferred, especially in snacks, makhana, dry fruits, or packaged foods.
• Graduate preferred; two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per territory needs.
