Role Description The Freelance Project Manager role at Superfan.ng is a full-time remote position responsible for coordinating and delivering key projects across product, content, and operations. In this role, the Project Manager will plan project timelines, define milestones, and manage resources to ensure features and content are delivered on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include tracking progress, updating stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and aligning cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, and content. The Project Manager will facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain clear communication channels across teams and partners.



This role also involves optimizing workflows, supporting product launches, and ensuring that project outcomes meet quality, budget, and scope expectations. Qualifications
• Project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional work.
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
• Inspection skills to review project outputs, verify quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.
• Logistics Management skills to organize resources, manage schedules, and coordinate communication across remote teams.
• Robust organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in remote, distributed environments.
• Familiarity with digital products or edtech platforms; experience with African markets or cultural content is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
