Experience:

Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified B2B leads and develop recent business opportunities.
• Connect with ESG leaders, sustainability heads, CFOs, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Promote SustainStep to enterprises, manufacturers, exporters, and sustainability-focused organizations.
• Build relationships with ESG consultants and channel partners.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and manage sales opportunities through closure.
• Develop customer networks across India, UAE, USA, UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia, and other markets. Key Product Areas

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, ESG, sustainability consulting, or enterprise software.
• Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
• Existing corporate or sustainability industry connections are an advantage.

• 100% commission-based opportunity — no fixed salary.
• Proposed commission: 10% of eligible first-year subscription revenue collected, subject to a written agreement.
