Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The role involves helping maintain employee records, supporting onboarding and orientation, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will also help with coordinating employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback, and supporting HR documentation and compliance tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



offering exposure to HR practices in a dynamic marketing agency environment. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR experience.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and ability to support their implementation and communication.
• Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding processes.
• Robust organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with team members at different levels.
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR-related software is a plus).
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate in a fast-paced, content-focused agency environment.
