Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Specialist role based in Chennai. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online product listings across marketplaces and brand-owned platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory information. The role includes monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing data-driven strategies to increase conversion and revenue. Responsibilities also involve coordinating online promotions,



collaborating with marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment, and responding to customer inquiries related to online sales. The specialist will regularly track key e-commerce metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall online shopping experience. Qualifications
