Role Description The Associate Designer is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh, supporting multidisciplinary design and construction management projects. This role involves assisting in the development of architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings and visualizations, and coordinating design details with engineering and construction teams. The Associate Designer will support project documentation, help maintain design standards and specifications, and contribute to space planning and layout optimization. Daily activities include collaborating with senior designers and project managers, reviewing site and project requirements,



incorporating feedback into design revisions, and ensuring that designs align with functional, aesthetic, and budgetary goals. The role also requires close coordination with vendors and stakeholders to support timely, high-quality project delivery. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong foundational design skills, including concept development, space planning, and visual presentation of ideas.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building design standards.
• Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Candidates should possess robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-based environment.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders on site.
• Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or professional experience in design or construction-related roles, especially within real estate or property development, is an advantage.
