- Hybrid 3 days per week in the office Industry: IT Consultancy Please note we can only consider candidates that are on 60 days or less notice period and currently living in Hyderabad We are looking for a sharp, technically minded analyst / junior developer with around one year of commercial or practical software engineering experience seeking to build their career designing and coding solutions across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. You will work directly alongside senior engineers and technical leads, writing clean, maintainable code, building robust APIs, and solving technical challenges across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle database technologies. Alongside core cloud engineering, you’ll also be exposed to industry-leading AI agents—which we architect and develop in-house—giving you the opportunity to contribute directly to up-to-date agentic workflows and intelligent automation. You will receive hands-on mentorship to deepen your engineering practices, with structured support toward earning formal Oracle certifications. Key responsibilities
include:
• Software Development & Logic: Write clean, modular, and well-tested code using object-oriented principles, modern scripting, and procedural languages to implement complex business logic.
• In-House AI & Agentic Solutions: Collaborate on the development, integration, and testing of our proprietary AI agents, connecting intelligent models with enterprise APIs and backend data sources.
• Oracle Cloud Services & Integration: Build, deploy, and consume RESTful APIs, webhooks, and backend services hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, handling structured data payloads (JSON/XML).




• Oracle Database Programming: Write efficient SQL queries, manage relational schemas, and develop robust backend logic (e.g., PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers) within Oracle Database environments.
• Testing & Defect Diagnosis: Write unit tests, interrogate execution logs and payload traces, step through code with debuggers, and systematically resolve runtime errors.
• Version Control & Code Quality: Follow disciplined Git workflows (feature branching, pull requests, commits) and actively participate in peer reviews to uphold engineering standards.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain clear technical specifications, database schema diagrams, and API documentation for all delivered components.
• Agile Engineering Practices: Collaborate actively in daily standups, sprint reviews, and estimation sessions within distributed teams, taking ownership of tasks to hit release milestones. Experience required:

Experience:
~1 year of commercial or hands-on software development experience (graduate role, industrial placement, or junior developer position).
• Core Technical Competencies:
• Solid grounding in core programming concepts: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), algorithms, data structures, and modular software architecture.
• Strong working knowledge of relational databases and SQL; prior exposure to Oracle Database / PL/SQL or a strong drive to learn it is highly desirable.
• Practical coding proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or procedural database languages).




• Clear understanding of web standards and protocols (HTTP methods, REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication mechanisms).
• Familiarity with version control using Git (branching, merging, pull requests).

Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, STEM discipline, or equivalent demonstrable coding background.
• Mindset: Strong analytical reasoning and debugging skills, high curiosity about emerging AI and cloud tech, and the initiative and problem-solving skills to independently navigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
