Role Description The Pressure Vessel Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Yamunanagar. This role involves designing pressure vessels and related components in accordance with applicable codes such as ASME and standards, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and selecting appropriate materials. The engineer will perform technical calculations, stress analysis, and design reviews, while collaborating with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance. Additional responsibilities include updating design documentation, supporting inspections and testing, resolving technical issues during fabrication,



and contributing to continuous improvement of design and engineering processes. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Design Engineering for pressure vessels and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D and 3D modeling, detailing, and drawing management.
• Experience in Product Design, including material selection, manufacturability considerations, and lifecycle performance.
• Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles as they relate to integrated mechanical systems and instrumentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, IS, or equivalent) for pressure vessel design and fabrication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform engineering calculations, and document designs clearly.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in office.
• Attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in designing.
