Role Description The Hospital Head at Apollo Cradle & Apollo Spectra, Greater Noida will oversee overall hospital operations, clinical coordination, and administrative functions to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This full-time, on-site role in Greater Noida includes leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and resources, and monitoring performance indicators such as patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency. The Hospital Head will implement policies, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities also include stakeholder engagement with clinicians, staff, patients, and external partners, as well as supporting recruitment, training, and retention of hospital personnel.



The role requires immediate joining and active participation in strategic planning to support growth and service enhancement. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in P&L; Management, Hospital administration or Healthcare management, with the ability to oversee clinical and non-clinical operations.
• Robust leadership, team management, and people development skills, including the capacity to guide multidisciplinary staff and foster a collaborative work culture.
• Competence in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for interacting with patients, families, clinicians, and external partners.
• Proficiency in using hospital information systems, data analysis, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred; relevant bachelor’s degree with substantial experience will be considered.
• Prior experience in maternity, neonatal, or pediatric healthcare settings is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida, handle high-responsibility roles, and join immediately.
