We're looking for a Creative Strategist to help us figure out what this world looks like beyond the products. *What you'll be doing:

- Shaping our social media strategy, content direction, and storytelling.
- Dreaming up campaigns that give people a reason to remember StAncil.
- Developing creative concepts for ads, launches, and brand collaborations.
- Turning brand ideas into scroll-stopping content that feels unmistakably StAncil.
- Working with designers and creators to bring ideas to life.
- Keeping an eye on trends, understanding what resonates, and figuring out what we should do with it. *What we'd love you to bring:

- A strong creative point of view and a knack for storytelling.
- An understanding of social media, digital advertising, and what makes content connect.
- The ability to take an idea from “what if?” to “let's make it happen.”
- A balance of creative instinct and strategic thinking.
