We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning, particularly Demand Planning. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in demand forecasting, supply chain planning processes, and end-to-end Oracle Fusion Demand Planning implementations. The candidate must have at least 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning environments, including 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and a proven track record of delivering at least two full-lifecycle Demand Planning implementations. Experience in the retail industry, preferably combining demand planning expertise with IT experience, will be highly valued. The candidate should be capable of working independently, driving project roadmaps, guiding business stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion Demand Planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Planning, from project readiness and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Fusion Demand Planning and Supply Chain Planning processes.
• Drive demand forecasting, demand planning strategy, and business process optimization to support effective supply chain operations.
• Conduct business requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, process assessments, and gap-fit analysis.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions, planning configurations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, solution architects, and project managers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Ensure effective integration of Demand Planning with Oracle Cloud SCM, Procurement, and Finance modules.
• Support business process mapping, functional documentation, solution validation, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to support integration, reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.




• Drive change management activities, stakeholder engagement, user training, and adoption of new planning processes.
• Provide functional leadership, identify project risks, resolve complex business challenges, and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions.
• Engage with director-level stakeholders to communicate project progress, provide recommendations, and influence key business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, planning efficiency, reporting capabilities, and overall supply chain performance. Required Qualifications & Skills1. Skilled Experience
• 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning environments.
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Demand Planning SME.
• Successfully delivered at least 2 full-lifecycle, end-to-end Oracle Fusion Demand Planning implementations, from readiness through go-live.
• Strong experience in demand planning and supply chain planning processes.
• Experience in the retail industry, preferably combining demand planning expertise with IT implementation experience. 2. Oracle Fusion Demand Planning & Supply Chain Planning
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Planning.
• Deep understanding of demand forecasting, planning processes, and supply chain planning workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements, conducting gap-fit analysis, and translating requirements into functional solutions.
• Ability to independently lead Demand Planning implementation activities and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Cross-Module Functional Knowledge
• Strong understanding of the integration between Demand Planning and broader Oracle Cloud SCM.




• Familiarity with Oracle Procurement and Finance modules and their relationship with supply chain planning processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams to ensure seamless business process integration. 4. Secondary Technical & Functional Skills
• Change Management: Experience supporting organizational change, stakeholder alignment, user training, and system adoption.
• Business Process Mapping: Ability to document current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Reporting & Analytics: Experience supporting planning reports, dashboards, analytics, and business performance insights.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Understanding of integration capabilities and data flows across Oracle applications.
• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC): Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and data visualization capabilities. 5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Ability to operate independently as a functional SME and steer the project roadmap rather than simply execute assigned tasks.

• Proven ability to influence and guide director-level stakeholders.

• Experience aligning demand planning processes with retail business operations and planning requirements.
• Exposure to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations and cross-functional ERP transformation initiatives. Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a senior Oracle Fusion Demand Planning specialist with strong functional expertise, extensive implementation experience, and the ability to lead planning transformation initiatives independently.
