• Mandate Execution: Spearhead and independently manage valuation, market research, and consulting mandates.
• Financial Modelling: Build and work on detailed financial models, including multi-asset valuation models.
• Database Management: Oversee market databases across various real estate asset classes in the respective geography (Gurgaon / Bangalore).
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive real estate market research tailored to assignment requirements.
• Client Engagement: Lead client interactions and present valuation deliverables.
• Business Development: Actively participate in business development initiatives. Education, Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s in architecture or civil engineering and an MBA (General Management / Finance), Master’s in Finance, or Master’s in Architecture/Planning.
• Analytical

Skills:
Solid analytical abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and high numerical reasoning.
• Communication: Exceptional report writing, articulation, and client presentation skills.
• Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and financial models
