About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Recruiter with proven experience recruiting Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is not your typical recruiting position. We need someone who understands the D2D sales industry, knows where to find top sales talent, and has a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams. If you've recruited for door-to-door sales organizations and know how to consistently bring in quality sales reps, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities
• Source, attract, interview, and recruit Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified D2D sales candidates.
• Recruit both experienced sales professionals and motivated entry-level candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels to identify talent.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Track recruiting performance, including interviews, hires, and retention.
• Work closely with leadership to support rapid sales team expansion. Requirements




• Previous experience recruiting Door-to-Door Sales Representatives is strongly required.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing D2D sales talent.
• Strong understanding of the door-to-door sales industry and its recruiting challenges.
• Experience recruiting in industries such as Solar, Roofing, Pest Control, Home Security, Telecommunications, or Home Improvement.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve recruiting goals.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. We want a recruiter who:
• Knows how to find D2D sales reps beyond simply posting job ads.
• Has experience with high-volume sales recruiting.
• Understands what makes a successful door-to-door salesperson.
• Can build a strong recruiting pipeline and deliver consistent results.
• Is hungry, proactive, and motivated by performance.
