Role Description The Relationship Manager – Freshers role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. In this role, the team member will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and provide suitable real estate solutions. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to build long-term relationships.



The Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders such as developers and financial institutions to support clients throughout the transaction process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions and contributing to business growth through proactive client engagement. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client needs, explain property options clearly, and provide basic advisory on real estate investments.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in business, commerce, or marketing is an advantage.
• Customer-focused attitude, high level of integrity, and willingness to learn the real estate market.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Pune; robust presentation skills are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
