Role Description The Senior Research Manager – Quantitative will lead end-to-end quantitative market research projects, from proposal development to final delivery, in a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. As the Senior Research Manager, you will assume responsibility for building up a robust & sustainable Brand Health Tracking business in India by providing business leadership to the Quantitative/Qualitative practice in Bengaluru and work seamlessly with the other verticals within India as well as other Ipsos offices for building a positive image for Ipsos in India.



Towards this, you will lead a Quant/Qual team in the Bengaluru office, generate business revenue from CPG & non-CPG clients, ensure a high-quality execution and output to clients from your team members as well as execute studies yourself. You will also, on occasion, handle work in locations that are yet to be established in India.

Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the disciplined execution of jobs. •Training and coaching teams on the job, besides supporting the teams in planning and analyzing the studies. •You will work with our Qualitative/other Service Line teams to propose seamless solutions for our clients’ market needs. •Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the financially-disciplined execution of jobs. •Review Proposals, Research Design, Field Briefings, and Presentations made by juniors. •Establishing a Client-Service Excellence culture with your teams. •Responsible for output of the team, service delivery. •Supporting the in building Ipsos reputation, particularly in what regards quality, client service and deliverables excellence.
