• Excellent Communication
• Min 2 years of experience in International Domestic campaign.
• Should be working as and Deputy Manager or Manager on papers for International Domestic campaign.
• Should know throughput calculation like Attrition shrinkage calculation experience
• Should have handled min 50-70 agents.
• Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals
• Responsible for staff retention within the team.
• Should be aware of KPI, RCA, 7QC tools,
