Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive Content Writer Associate to develop high-quality content that strengthens CapitalXB's brand presence, supports lead generation, and communicates our financial solutions effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong writing and research skills, an understanding of digital content marketing, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for business audiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality content for website pages, blogs, articles, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Create content focused on MSME financing, supply chain finance, factoring, business loans, working capital, and related financial solutions.
• Write LinkedIn posts, thought-leadership articles, and industry-focused content to strengthen brand visibility.
• Develop marketing copy for campaigns, landing pages, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct industry research to identify relevant topics, customer pain points, and content opportunities.
• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO fundamentals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead-generation initiatives.




• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, readability, and professional presentation.
• Track content performance using relevant metrics and recommend improvements based on engagement and traffic.
• Ensure financial claims, product descriptions, and published information are accurate and appropriately reviewed. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation.
• Strong written English, grammar, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience writing blogs, website content, social media posts, and marketing copy.
• Familiarity with SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to research financial and business topics and translate them into clear, audience-friendly content.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and B2B communication.
• Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in an NBFC, fintech, banking, financial services, or B2B organization.
• Understanding of MSMEs, business financing, working capital, and lending products.
• Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or AI-assisted writing tools.
• A portfolio of published blogs, website content, or marketing campaigns.
