Role Description The Founders Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role supports the founders in strategic planning, project management, and execution of key business initiatives across product, operations, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing presentations and reports, conducting market and competitor research, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and tracking progress on priority projects. The position also involves streamlining processes, managing follow-ups, organizing meetings and reviews, and helping translate high-level ideas into actionable plans.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in research, data interpretation, and summarizing insights for leadership.
• Project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations, reports, and internal documentation, and for engaging with stakeholders.
• Comfort with business tools and software such as spreadsheets, presentation tools, and collaboration platforms; aptitude for learning recent systems quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, detail-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; prior experience in a founder’s office, consulting, operations, or strategy is an advantage.
• Demonstrated initiative, discretion when handling sensitive information, and interest in the building solutions or hardware industry is a plus.
