Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBBS Doctor role based in Tamil Nadu, India, serving patients at Dhyan Health Care’s facilities in Kovilpatti and Kalugumalai. The doctor will provide comprehensive clinical care, including patient consultations, physical examinations, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prescribing and administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with nursing and support staff to ensure continuity of care. The role involves participating in emergency care, triaging cases, stabilizing patients, and referring to higher-level facilities when needed. The doctor is expected to follow evidence-based clinical protocols, uphold ethical standards,



and contribute to quality improvement and patient education. Qualifications
• Recognized MBBS degree from an accredited institution and valid medical registration/license to practice in India.
• Clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and emergency care, with the ability to manage both acute and chronic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Ability to work in a 24-hour medical service setting, including readiness for shift work, emergencies, and high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills, including familiarity with basic medical reporting and, where applicable, electronic health records.
• Prior experience in emergency medicine, general practice, or hospital-based care is preferred but not mandatory for motivated early-career doctors.
• Willingness to participate in continuous learning, attend clinical meetings, and support community health initiatives.
