Experience:
Minimum 5 years Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Hospitality Projects Job Responsibilities
• Manage client billing, subcontractor billing, and commercial documentation for multiple interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills and final bills as per BOQ, work orders, and site measurements.
• Coordinate with site teams for measurement books (MB), quantity verification, and billing certifications.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, extra items, rate analysis, and contractual claims.
• Track payment certifications, retention amounts, advances, and outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely bill submission and payment collection.
• Maintain billing MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and project-wise financial records.
• Support project closure, final account settlement,



and subcontractor reconciliation. Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying for interior fit-out projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Robust understanding of interior finishing works, BOQ specifications, measurements, and execution methodologies.
• Experience handling billing for luxury hotels, resorts, or large commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of contracts, rate analysis, variation claims, and commercial documentation.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills. Qualification: Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification. Preferred: Candidates with experience managing billing for multiple hospitality interior projects simultaneously.
