Role Description The Manager–Legal & Regulatory is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing legal and regulatory matters across the organization. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings. The manager will monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and will develop and implement policies to manage legal risk. Daily activities include providing legal consulting to internal stakeholders, coordinating with external counsel and government authorities, supporting dispute resolution,



and keeping leadership informed about legal developments relevant to the business. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, procurement, HR, and finance to ensure that business decisions align with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Robust foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to manufacturing, sourcing, and international trade.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and regulatory submissions.
• Experience in Legal Consulting, providing clear, practical advice to management and operational teams on legal risks and business strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in Legal Compliance, including developing compliance frameworks, internal controls, and policies to meet local and international regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on involvement in Legal Affairs, such as managing litigation, coordinating with external counsel, handling notices, and engaging with government and regulatory bodies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.
B/LL.
M) from a recognized institution; enrollment with a Bar Council is preferred.
• Prior experience in corporate legal roles, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, agro-based, or export-oriented industries.
