Experience using AI tools to create and scale creatives efficiently is highly preferred.

About the Role
You will primarily be responsible for creating performance-driven creatives for Showoffff's fashion marketing campaigns, especially Meta Ads. You should understand how to present apparel products attractively, develop compelling ad concepts and create multiple variations for testing. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can independently deliver quality creatives at speed and work closely with the performance marketing team. Important: Fashion or apparel brand experience and practical Meta Ads creative experience are key requirements. This is not a senior or managerial position. Primary Responsibilities
• Meta Ads Creatives: Design high-converting static, carousel and video ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram.
• Fashion Campaigns: Create creatives for new launches, product promotions, sales, festive campaigns and seasonal collections.
• Product Presentation: Work with fashion images, model shots and product visuals to create compelling advertisements.
• Creative Testing: Develop multiple variations of visuals, hooks, offers, headlines and formats for Meta Ads A/B testing.
• AI-Powered Design: Use AI tools to generate, enhance and edit visuals and accelerate creative production.
• Performance-Based Iteration: Improve creatives based on feedback and campaign performance insights from the marketing team.
• Google Ads Support: Create display and Performance Max assets when required.



Additional Responsibilities
• Design social media posts, website banners and marketplace creatives for Myntra and Amazon.
• Create visuals for WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain Showoffff's brand guidelines and visual consistency. Requirements
• 2–3 years of qualified graphic design experience, preferably with a fashion, apparel or D2C e-commerce brand.
• Strong hands-on experience creating Meta Ads creatives for Facebook and Instagram.
• Portfolio showcasing fashion advertising, apparel campaigns and paid social creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Practical knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT or similar tools.
• Understanding of fashion marketing, product presentation, promotional offers, ad hooks and CTAs.
• Ability to produce multiple creative variations and manage fast-paced campaign requirements.
• Strong visual design, typography, colour and layout skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with men's or women's fashion, apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Basic video editing, motion graphics or AI video generation skills.
• Understanding of Meta Ads performance metrics such as CTR, CPC and ROAS.
• Experience designing creatives for festive sales, product launches and discount campaigns.
