Role Description The Sales & Sourcing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. This role involves identifying and sourcing used construction equipment, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms. The executive will handle inquiries from buyers and renters, present suitable equipment options, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Daily responsibilities include market research, evaluating equipment specifications and pricing, coordinating inspections and logistics, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.



The role also requires regular communication with clients and vendors to ensure timely availability of machinery and high service standards. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess equipment value, market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Contract Negotiation to secure favorable commercial terms and manage agreements with vendors and customers.
• Knowledge of Procurement processes for sourcing machinery, evaluating vendors, and managing purchase orders.
• Recruiting skills to help identify and engage suitable partners, agents, or support staff when needed.
• Background in sales, business development, or equipment trading is preferred.
• Understanding of construction equipment types and their applications is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
