M. Qualification BCA/MCA/B. Tech/MBA -IT Role Overview DRC Systems is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will understand business needs, define and document clear requirements, and help technical teams deliver solutions that meet those needs. As a key link between business and technology, you will clarify expectations, identify gaps and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned as requirements evolve.

Job Description
• Partner with business users, clients, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to understand business goals and project needs.
• Plan and lead requirements activities, including interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and process reviews.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Document current and future state processes, business rules, functional requirements, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and maintain traceability as they change through the project lifecycle.
• Act as the day-to-day link between business and technical teams, clarifying requirements and resolving questions promptly.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to support solution design, development, and testing.
• Review proposed solutions and deliverables to confirm they meet agreed business requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing by preparing scenarios, coordinating feedback, tracking issues, and helping stakeholders validate outcomes.




• Identify requirement gaps, risks, scope changes, and process improvement opportunities; communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, decisions, and action items; contribute to planning and estimation by clarifying scope, complexity, and dependencies. Required Skills & Experience
• 4–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in software delivery, IT services, or technology-enabled projects.
• Experience managing requirements from discovery through documentation, delivery, and validation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Explicit written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex topics in straightforward language.
• A structured approach to analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish requirements from assumptions.
• Experience creating business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• A collaborative and accountable approach, with the judgment to raise questions and risks early. Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery, as well as traditional project approaches.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to process mapping, backlog refinement, UAT coordination, and change management.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
