Remote Customer Support Agent (Full-time, eCommerce)Join our team as a Remote Customer Support Agent, working in shifts for our clients in the US. We help operate online stores for our clients. In this role you will work for one of our clients, a brand in the beauty and cosmetics space, and provide online customer service and email support to their customers: orders, shipping, refunds, and payment questions. We cover our clients' customers in shifts, so your

working hours
follow US time zones. As part of a small remote support team, you will have real responsibility and opportunities to develop your skills. Being organized, reliable, and fluent in English is essential for success in this role. What we look for
• At least 1 year in customer service, help desk or ecommerce support
• Excellent written English, clear and professional
• You use AI tools to solve problems, pick up new things quickly and work without supervision
• You know how an online shop works: orders, shipping, returns
• Careful with details: order data, refunds, reports and guidelines are correct
• You follow the guidelines,



and say so when they do not cover a case
• Experience with suppliers or other partners is a plus
• Comfortable with Slack, Shopify and Google Sheets
• Reliable, positive, willing to learn What you will do
• Answer customer emails about orders, shipping, refunds and payments, fast and in clear English
• Look up orders in Shopify, issue refunds and replacements, and keep every case documented
• Handle PayPal, Klarna and credit card disputes with the right evidence
• Chase suppliers and carriers when an order is late
• Keep the guidelines and a few Google Sheets up to date
• Tell us when something keeps going wrong, so we can fix the cause Key notes
