Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and build strong relationships with prospective partners and clients. Daily responsibilities include lead generation through various channels, conducting outreach calls and meetings, presenting Skill Univ’s offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients, tracking performance against sales targets, and providing market feedback to support product and strategy improvements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and maintain productive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to deliver clear presentations, conduct effective negotiations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in EdTech, training, or skill development sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work with sales targets, use CRM or sales tools, and analyze basic sales metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
