We work across Meta Ads, content creation (Reels, carousels, UGC), social media management, and Shopify growth. We maintain a cooperative, founder-led environment focused on practical learning, ownership of live campaigns, and regular feedback.

About the Role
We are hiring a Social Media Intern to support content creation, posting, and community management for client accounts. This is a hands-on role involving real client work across Instagram, LinkedIn, and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and schedule content including Reels, carousels, static posts, and stories
• Assist with content research, trend analysis, and competitor monitoring
• Support content production (ideation, scripting, and coordination)
• Write captions, hooks, and supporting copy aligned with brand guidelines
• Maintain content calendars and ensure posting consistency




• Engage with comments and messages under team guidance
• Help track basic content performance and insights
• Collaborate on UGC-style and brand storytelling content for D2C clients Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or a related field
• Active understanding of current social media trends (especially Instagram Reels and carousels)
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar creative software is preferred
• Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi/Hinglish
• Creative approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Based in Jaipur or able to work on-site in Jaipur for the duration of the internship What You Will Gain
