The organization has trained more than 730,000 students across 100+ training centres in 20 major states, and invites interested candidates to share their CV at [email protected] Role Description The Corporate Relations Officer – Placements (IT) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and engaging with IT and technology companies to build strong corporate partnerships for student placements, internships, and entry-level opportunities. The officer will coordinate with training teams to understand student skill sets, align them with employer requirements, and organize campus drives, interviews, and recruitment events.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of prospective employers, managing placement records, preparing reports, and ensuring timely communication between corporate partners, students, and internal stakeholders. The role also includes supporting employer feedback collection, contributing to placement strategy, and representing Anudip Foundation at industry meetings and networking events. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, presentation, and professional correspondence.
• Understanding of Finance concepts relevant to placement operations, hiring budgets, and basic reporting.
• Knowledge of Corporate Governance and compliance practices in corporate relations and recruitment activities.
• Experience in Training coordination, student readiness programs, and placement support initiatives.
• Sales and relationship management skills to develop and sustain corporate partnerships in the IT sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in campus placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or HR within the IT or education sector preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of learners, robust organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools.
