Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and providing detailed information about course structures, fees, and enrollment requirements. The counselor will conduct consultations via phone, email, and in-person meetings, assess candidate suitability, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, managing application documentation, coordinating with academic and operations teams,



and supporting outreach activities such as events or information sessions. The role also requires meeting admission targets, delivering a professional and supportive experience to all applicants, and representing Base2Brand’s values in every interaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with the ability to explain programs clearly and build rapport with diverse applicants.
• Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and a client-centered approach.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as lead follow-up, persuasion, and achieving admissions or enrollment targets ethically.
