Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves meeting prospective buyers and tenants, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable residential or commercial properties. The Property Consultant will conduct property tours, provide accurate information on pricing and features, and guide clients through inquiries, negotiations, and documentation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of available properties, following up with leads, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and supporting marketing efforts such as local promotions and property events.



The role requires consistent on-site presence for client meetings, property visits, and collaboration with colleagues. Qualifications
• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable real estate solutions.
• Clear and skilled communication skills, including active listening and presentation abilities.
• Customer service skills to deliver a positive, respectful, and responsive experience before and after sales.
• Sales-related skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing property transactions.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation basics, and local regulations in Kochi and Kerala.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Comfort using basic digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and property information.
• Relevant experience in real estate or property consulting is preferred; a background in sales or hospitality is beneficial.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
