• Lead, supervise, and coordinate kitchen staff.
• Plan daily kitchen operations and allocate responsibilities.




• Monitor food preparation, quality, quantity, and timely service.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory, supplies, and stock requirements.

Graduates in Hotel Management preferred.

Experience:
