Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Associate or Manager in Indirect Tax Advisory and Litigation. The role involves handling advisory engagements on indirect taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), for a diverse client portfolio.



We are looking for a qualified such as CA or equivalent with prior work experience in Indirect Tax with atleast 4-6 years of post qualification experience.

Job Description
• Strong foundation in indirect taxation, with expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and broader Indirect Taxation concepts.
• Ability to draft reply to SCN, appeals, writ petitions, written submissions and other representations.
• Assisting/appearong before GST authorities and Commr (Appeals).
• Researching and drafting opinions and providing advidory support on GST matters.
• Conducting GST health checks and compliance reviews.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws in advisory and litigation contexts.
