About the role
We are an established toy company. We build seasonal as well as all-year-round toys. We are looking for a Content Manager who can own all written content across e-commerce, social media, outreach and packaging. You will write the words people read, tap and buy from, on listings, graphics, boxes, captions and emails. You will also work with the latest AI tools, so you spend your time on ideas and quality rather than blank pages. What you will do
• Write product titles, descriptions and listing content for e-commerce platforms
• Write the copy for graphics, creatives, boxes and packaging
• Create social media captions, hooks and post copy that fit each platform
• Write blogs that are SEO and AEO optimised
• Draft email outreach templates, sequences and follow-ups
• Own all text content for the company and its brands, from website copy to internal documents
• Work with our design team on layouts, and apply basic graphic design where needed
• Support social media marketing by planning content, posting and tracking what works
• Use AI tools to speed up research, drafts and ideation, then edit everything to a high standard
• Keep the tone,



voice and quality consistent across every brand and channel What we are looking for
• Strong written English (compulsory)
• Robust written Hindi (compulsory), including Hinglish for social media
• Working knowledge of SEO (keywords, on-page optimisation, meta content)
• Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and how content gets surfaced by AI search and answer engines
• Experience writing e-commerce listings (Amazon, Flipkart or D2C stores) is a big plus
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and content calendars
• Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and the ability to get good output from them
• Your own laptop or device for work (compulsory)
• Attention to detail, speed and the ability to handle multiple projects at once Good to have
• Email marketing and cold outreach experience
• Copywriting for packaging and retail products
