Position: Analog Layout Engineer

3 to 20+ years HCLTech is looking for experienced Analog Layout Engineers to join our Semiconductor Engineering team in Bangalore. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex custom analog and mixed-signal layouts across advanced semiconductor technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Hands-on experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Layout Design, including Power Management, Data Converters, High-Speed Analog, IO, Clocking Solutions, and Custom IP development.
• Design and own schematic-driven physical layouts for blocks such as PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, PHY IPs, and custom digital circuits, with robust expertise in floorplanning, matching, signal integrity, and power-grid design.
• Perform and debug physical verification including DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, EM/IR,



along with ESD protection and latch-up prevention, ensuring tape-out readiness.
• Experience with advanced process technologies including Intel Advanced Nodes, TSMC N16/N7/N5/N3, Samsung Advanced Nodes, GlobalFoundries, BCD, and Bi-CMOS technologies.
• Collaborate closely with circuit designers and engineering teams on PPA/DFM optimization and layout reviews; senior engineers should also have experience in team leadership, mentoring, schedule estimation, task delegation, EDA methodology improvement, and automation using SKILL/Perl/Python.
