Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Digital Nest is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping maintain employee records, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and assisting in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.



The intern will also help coordinate employee engagement activities, collect and organize data related to employee benefits and performance, and prepare basic HR reports and documentation. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR practices within a energetic learning and development environment. Qualifications
