Role Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Safety Role Purpose: The Executive / Sr. Executive – Safety is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of safety standards across the Bhiwandi cluster sites. The role focuses on fostering a strong safety culture by driving compliance with organizational guidelines, legal regulations, and customer requirements. The incumbent will proactively identify risks, conduct safety trainings, audits, and inspections, and ensure protected handling and storage practices, including HAZMAT where applicable. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to maintain high safety standards, minimize incidents, and support operational excellence within logistics and warehousing environments. Key Accountability Area
• Responsible for Bhiwandi cluster sites for ensuring the Safety related activities.
• Ensure Daily TBT
• Conducting trainings as per central guideline & customer requirements
• Periodic safety inspections
• Conducting periodic mock drills
• Conducting national & central safety campaign
• Basic knowledge on HAZMAT storage & handling
• Leading customer safety meetings & audits
• Yearly Safety audits
• Ensure implementation of central guidelines
• Monitoring Legal requirements & escalate to the stakeholders
• Basic knowledge on ISO 45001 & 14001.
• MIS submission – Weekly & Monthly.




• Excellent communication skill (Marathi, Hindi & English)
• MS Office & Power Point.. Reports to Sr Manager – Safety No. of Reportees NA Qualification B Sc. / Diploma / B Tech. + Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety Work Experience 2-3 Years of Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Technical / Functional Competencies
