Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and potential customers.
• Handle inbound calls, understand customer requirements, and explain our educational services.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.
• Contribute to lead conversion, customer acquisition, and overall business growth. Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers and students interested in sales and business development are welcome.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
• Confidence in handling calls and interacting with potential customers.
• Willingness to work from our Gurgaon office during night shifts.
• A positive attitude, learning mindset, and target-oriented approach.
